The Exorcist: Believer (October 6)

For her performance in the original movie, Burstyn was nominated for an Oscar for Best Actress.

Foe (October 6)

The film is an adaptation of Iain Reid's 2018 novel, Junior and Hen, which follows a married couple. The couple resides on a remote farm that has been in operation for many years. The farm is barely surviving owing to the climate because the story is set in the near future. When a mystery man named Terrance shows up to tell Junior that he has been chosen to join a mission in an orbiting space station, a potential solution is raised. Terrance helps the young couple get ready for their difficult separation even though Junior is reluctant to leave his wife. He accomplishes this using a disputed technique that makes use of artificial intelligence and a thorough investigation of the bond between Junior and Hen. Saoirse Ronan and Paul Mescal, both Academy Award contenders, star in Foe.

His life and the lives of everyone who follows him take off as his social media posts begin to go viral. Everyone becomes wealthy as a stock tip turns into a movement, but when the billionaires fight back, everything is flipped upside down for both sides. Killers of the Flower Moon (October 20)

Martin Scorsese will soon release a new film about a murky period of history that features murder, cash, and secrets. On July 5th, the intriguing trailer for the intriguing movie Killers of the Flower Moon, directed by the renowned Oscar winner, was released. The 2017 bestseller Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Origins of the FBI by David Grann is the basis for this film. A series of terrible crimes that became known as the Reign of Terror are depicted in the film, which is set in 1920s Oklahoma and features the serial killing of Osage Nation members who are wealthy from their oil wealth. With Scorsese signed on to direct, he brought some familiar faces on board--most notably, his long-time collaborators on multiple projects, Academy Award winners Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro.

Butcher’s Crossing (October 20)

The story of the movie centers on Harvard dropout Will Andrews, who decides to leave his Ivy League education behind and move to the sleepy Kansas town of Butcher's Crossing. When Mike gets adjusted to his new job, he quickly learns something unsettling: the numerous (and incredibly frightening) mechanical mascots used to amuse families during the daytime are more than just your average robot. In reality, they are alive and wracked with rage; they will kill anyone left inside the structure after midnight. Naturally, none of this is good news for night-shift guard Mike, who must make the most of the scarce resources available to him to protect himself from the dangerous robots and make it through the grueling 12- to 6-hour shift.
