Parambrata, who also has a presence in Bollywood, made his Hindi debut with the 2012 hit film Kahaani opposite Vidya Balan. He furthered his Hindi film career with Pari, alongside Anushka Sharma, and starred in the critically acclaimed movie Bulbbul. He was last seen in Mumbai Diaries Season 2.
